Please make sure you order enough yarn to complete your project! I try my best to repeat some colorways, but cannot guarantee that it will look the same. Many of the colorways I dye are one of a kind.

I am happy to wind any skein you purchase into a center-pull ball. Please leave me a comment when you checkout or email me soon after your purchase is complete.

I currently accept payment through PayPal, one of the safest ways to pay online. They have a state of the art encryption system which makes payment easy, fast and secure. If you are still concerned about paying online, I also accept checks and money orders from US customers. All international customers must use PayPal.

I ship all orders through the United States Postal Service via First Class or Priority Mail. All international orders are shipped via Air Mail or Global Priority. Shipping costs are dependent on destination and weight of the package. For more information, please see my shipping chart.

If you are unhappy with your order in any way, please email me to discuss a return. I will give a full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is in its original condition. All yarn must have the label attached and cannot be returned if its been wound into a ball or knit with. Sorry, shipping fees cannot be refunded.
