Colors: We began with a base of medium/light gray, and lightened it from one skein to the next. Speckles of black, teal, magenta, hot pink, orange, and electric yellow fade out as well.

Order Details: By purchasing this listing you are ordering a Sunshine Yarns Poppy Halfvent Yarn Kit! In this yarn kit, you will receive a 12-skein halfvent set (in the base yarn of your choice) and a handful of Poppy flower-inspired goodies. You can also add a coordinating full skein solid and/or speckled colorway to your order! Base yarn options are: Classic Sock, Luxury Sock, UltraLuxe Light, or Merino DK. The halfvent set is a surprise, but will follow the mood board closely. Colors will flow from one color to the next. Colors can be solid, an overdye, or a lightly speckled tone. Orders will ship sometime around the end of May. If you intend to order other items in our shop while completing this purchase, please do so separately since this kit will be shipping on its own in May!

Yardages: For Classic Sock, Luxury Sock, and UltraLuxe Light, the halfvent sets come with 12 x 80-85 yard mini skeins. For Merino DK, the halfvent sets come with 12 x 45 yard mini skeins. If you add a coordinating full skein, yardages are: Classic Sock (425 yards), Luxury Sock (385 yards), UltraLuxe Light (420 yards), and Merino DK (225 yards).

Other Options: In addition to the halfvent set and extras that are included with your purchase, you can choose to add a coordinating full skein solid colorway and/or a speckled colorway to your order! This option will be available for each base in the drop-down menu below!

It is called Believe: An MKAL the Lasso Way, and is based on the amazing Ted Lasso show. The MKAL begins on February 27th. This set comes with a full skein of each color in either Classic Sock (425 yard skeins of SW Merino), Luxury Sock (385+ yards of 80% SW Merino, 10% cashmere, 10% nylon, or Shimmer Sock (400 yards of 80% SW Merino, 20% silk) . Set Details: This set was created for the new Hiberknitting Shawl pattern called Icelandscape, by Stephen West! The Day Hike color set is inspired by taking a day hike through forests and mountains in the Fall! By purchasing this listing, you will receive 8 half-skeins in the colors shown. We are offering this on Classic Sock (100% SW merino, our go-to workhorse yarn), and Luxury Sock (a 3 ply 80% SW merino, 10% cashmere, 10% nylon). Each of the 8 half skeins has approximately 215 yards for Classic Sock, and 195 yards for Luxury Sock. The pattern is not included with this set, and can be purchased on Ravelry HERE

Colors: This set is called Day Hike, and includes the colors shown in the photo. The set moves from a deep aqua and avocado green to ochre, dark eggplant, linen, spiced pumpkin, dark wine, and bark.

Pre-Order Sign-Up: This listing is for a pre-order of our GATHER Festive set! We will be redyeing and shipping this set in February/March 2026. To sign-up, you simply need to place a deposit now for your set, and the remaining balance will be invoiced a couple weeks before it ships. The deposit is $50 and the balance due will be $170 for Classic Sock and Merino DK (for a total of $220). The balance due for Luxury Sock will be $190 (for a total of $240). Shipping is included for those within the United States. If you are outside of the States, shipping will be added when the remaining balance is due. You can also choose to add a coordinating skein to your order. Wolf Pack is the semi-solid color, and Hay Ride is the speckled.

Festive Set Details: This kit includes 25 mini skeins Classic Sock, Luxury Sock, or Merino DK that are approximately 80-85 yards each for sock, and 45 each for DK! These redye sets will come unwrapped, but individually numbered. A color card will be included inside.

Colors: By purchasing the GATHER set, you will receive colors that are inspired by our mood board pictured in this listing. This board is simply an example of where we are going with this set and not an exact replica. The Gather Festive Set is going to be deep and moody and is inspired by all things Fall! I had an idea to focus on Autumn evenings, dark shadows, gathering around the fire, the magic of All Hallows Eve, and preparing for the solstice. Half-vent Details: There are so many beautiful patterns out there right now that use either 25 minis or 12 minis! Check out Katie Degroff's new Never Ending Story shawl, or LIsa Ross's Among the Wildflowers.This set, inspired by Autumn, would be beautiful on its own, or along with a main color, such as Fox Hill, Almost Black, Dark Charcoal, Cloak, Blackened Plum, Feather Gray Owl, and Linen (to name just a handful!). With this set, you will get 12 80-85 yard mini skeins (on Classic Sock and Ultraluxe Light), and 12 45-yard minis on Merino DK. You can see some of our inspiration in the photo gallery.
