Colors: This set comes with 6 1/3 skeins (approx. 130-140 yards a piece for sock, or 75 yards for Merino DK) or 6 full skeins (appgox. 425 yards a piece for Classic, 385 yards for Luxury Sock, and 225 yards for Merino DK) in an overdye and lightly speckled fade set. The colors transition from a lovely pale pink to a rosey pink and then into darker cherry red tones. We used light speckles of similar tones to transition from one color to the next. This set would look good with most neutrals, but we especially love Barley, Dark Chocolate and Flower Buds (our new speckled coordinating color)!!

Set Details: There are so many beautiful patterns out there right now that use 4 colors! For example, Jenny Fs Sunchaser shawl (this color set was dyed originally for this pattern), Stephen West's Geogradient or MusiKAL MKAL, Laura Aylor's Sun Spot shawl, or Ambah O'Brien's Bambara. Inspiration: This set was inspired by Wintery berry tones, and a fun wine tasting evening out!

Colors: This set grows beautifully from one color to the next with speckles of mauve, lavender, toffee, and sangria. We also gradually build on speckles of aqua, forest, magenta, and black as the colors deepen.

Yarn Details: Shimmer Sock is a beautiful merino silk blend. Its twist is almost identical to Classic Sock (a squishy 2ply), but has more drape and a gorgeous sheen. These skeins come with 400 yards and are composed of 80% SW Merino wool and 20 % silk. It knits up pretty much the same as our Classic Sock and can be used along with most fingering weights! The gauge is 6.5 - 8 sts/1" on a US1 - 3. Handwash preferred, lay flat to dry.
